Mike Kowalski is the owner and head instructor at East West Karate in Jamison, Pennsylvania. He has been training in the martial arts since he was 7 years old and is a 4th Degree Black Belt under his instructor and mentor, Shihan Mike Vacca. With over 15 years of experience as a martial arts teacher, he has helped hundreds of students achieve their goal of Black Belt.

Rob Feldman has been making comics since the dawn of time. A Ringo Award-nominated all ages comic creator with a focus on developing projects that are fun and entertaining, Rob is also committed to his martial arts training at East West Karate under the instruction of Sensei Mike Kowalski. Creating Karate Comics is a meld of both passions that he hopes you will find entertaining and educational.
He resides in Bucks County with his wife, 2 boys, a furry white dog and a cat that acts like a dog.

Dojogon: The Dragon’s Cage is a kids comic that follows the adventures of Zig and Zozo, aka Dragon Boy and Dragon Girl, as they try to stop Komodo from using his gems to influence the minds of others! Under the direction of their leader Shigon, the team has the powers of a dragon to help stop the gems from poisoning the minds of their friends as they learn valuable lessons.
Each issue contains a new story along with activities and challenges that can be used in every day martial arts!
